Ezvaluator bases its valuations and business analysis on proven, tested appraisal methodologies. We look at your business from three different perspectives: the adjusted (“book”) value of your assets, the amount of future cash flow a prospective owner could expect to receive and the value gained from the actual sales of similar businesses. We combine each of these perspectives into a single value for your business.

Each report fully documents the valuation process. Included in it are such items as:
- A summary of relevant market conditions
- Adjustment of your income statement to accurately reflect your cash flow
- Calculation of your business value using several different methods
- Analysis of recent actual sales of similar businesses
- Return on investment analysis for a prospective buyer
- Analysis of the most relevant factors driving your business value

Once we receive your completed Business Profile Questionnaire (which takes about an hour to complete) it takes from three to five business days to complete your valuation. Once completed, you will immediately receive an electronic copy via email with a bound hard copy coming via regular mail about five days later.

Our Business Profile Questionnaire is easy to complete and only takes about an hour to fill out. In it, we ask you basic questions about your business, its operations, its financial history, its assets and your discretionary spending. If possible, you should have your most recent three years’ worth of tax returns available to streamline the completion process.

Ezvaluator does not directly collect or store any of your financial information
on our web site. Instead, we use PayPal (an eBay company) to handle our online transactions.
PayPal provides cutting-edge fraud-prevention and buyer-protection measures to ensure

Ezvaluator takes every possible measure to guarantee your company’s sensitive financial
information is kept safe. We use 128 bit SSL encryption (via our PayPal checkout system) to guarantee your online payment
is kept secure. We do not store your business profile or financial history on our
web servers, all your information is kept behind firewalls and physically under
lock and key and finally, we do not sell or disclose any customer information to
third parties (see our Privacy Policy).
